Orders are prepared and shipped from Sanremo, Italy, within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Italy: Express Free Delivery, 1–3 business days.

• European Union: Express Free Delivery, 2–4 business days.

• Rest of the world: €8 Express Worldwide, free on orders over 100€. Delivery in 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are shipped with DHL Express and include tracking.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility [unless otherwise stated at checkout].

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at hello@ixoraactivewear.com within 14 days, with photos where possible, and we'll resolve it.
